I have worked for and with other great leaders who have taught me how to be effective in leading a team and organization, how to bring your whole self to your work and how to create opportunities for others. I have enjoyed working in both the private and public sectors as I pursued my own goals and dreams. I have traveled the world speaking about change, transformation and what it means to have fulfillment and freedom in your work. I have had the opportunity to work with many talented people over my career. People whom I have had the privilege to coach and mentor, to help them become the new and best version of themselves.
I have decided it is time to turn my passion into my mission and dedicate myself to investing in others, helping them become the best version of themselves. Check out my new venture.

Throughout his career, Chris has assumed a key role in advancing Canada’s information technology industry and engaging with other world technology leaders both in the private and public sectors. In 2010, he was recognized by Venture Magazine as one of Alberta’s 50 most influential people.
Chris is a sought after International public speaker in the areas of Innovation, Transformation and the People side of change. He has extensive experience in both the Private and Public sector working with small, medium and large organizations. Chris has managed teams and projects of high complexity and scope. Through his effective management style, he always ensures his client’s expectations are met and continually looks for opportunities to exceed expectations. He has also been responsible for new product development, corporate strategic planning, resource planning and management, supply chain and logistics as well as outsourcing management.
Chris is the former Chief Information Officer at Toronto and Region Conservation Authourity as well as the City of Edmonton and the city of Brampton. In his roles as CIO Chris has developed and led high performing teams as he drove the vision and direction of the Digital Transformation and technology direction. Chris is a highly engaged leader who desires the best for his team while engaging with business leaders and partners to modernize and drive innovation.
